BSc, MSc projects 

We are looking for a BSc or MSc student interested in biochemistry/molecular biology or, alternativelly, in electron microscopy of cyanobacteria. As a spectrum of projects is runnng currently in the lab, the BSc/MSc work can be 'designed' according to student's interest.  We can offer a traning in genetic manipulation of cyanobacteria, in purification of (pigment)-protein complexes, analysis of protein interactions (2D gels/blots, mass-spectrometry), analysis of membrane-protein complexes, various chromatographic techniques (HPLC, FPLC) or electron and confocal microscopy.
