  • Carbon allocation in algae exposed to environmental stresses
  • Lipid metabolism of algae exposed to thermal stress
  • Chemical cross-talk between algae and their grazers
  • Use of Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) for analysis of algal metabolism, biomass and identification of newly isolated compounds
